Kristy is an Operations Leader, Start-Up Advisor and Mentor. With over 10+ years of experience in real estate, digital technology development and startup growth, Kristy has expertise in fostering the growth of new ideas and startups worldwide, including strategic growth, product development, and operational improvements.

Kristy's core values include creating community, knowing your neighbours, and service above self.

She has extensive experience supporting Australian businesses overseas as Board Director for the Australian American Chamber of Commerce, liaising between the Consulate General, Austrade, and Australian Local and Federal Governments.
